Ця локація дійсно справляє вау-ефект через використання на ній неймовірно дорогих рішень. Я не уявляю, щоб інші міста реалізовували подібні проекти за бюджетні кошти. Це не добре і не погано. Це просто факт. Не хочеться вдаватись у деталі, просто насолодіться фото.

Хоча... Додам все ж таки. Містам подекуди потрібно мати знакові об'єкти, які якісно виділяються на фоні інших. Фраза «треба здешевити проект» часом є зайвою.

💰 Для контексту: вартість реконструкції – близько пів мільярда гривень.
