Правительству и Госдуме поручено обеспечить внесение в законодательство изменений, продлевающих до 31 декабря 2030 года включительно возможность применения нулевой ставки НДС при реализации гостиничных услуг.
Правительству совместно с исполнительными органами субъектов РФ поручено сформировать региональные программы модернизации первичного звена здравоохранения на 2025–2030 годы. Кроме того, кабмину необходимо обеспечить софинансирование данных программ за счёт средств федерального бюджета.
