По данным источника RTVI в следственном управлении СКР по Самарской области, убийство произошло примерно месяц назад, вскоре после возвращения Виктора Тархова и его жены из Финляндии. По подозрению в убийстве задержали их внучку. Ведомства не давали официальных комментариев насчет этой информации.
