Глава ЛДПР Леонид Слуцкий в ходе встречи с главой Российской академии наук (РАН) Геннадием Красниковым выступил за создание Нобелевской премии БРИКС.
"Нобелевская премия себя дискредитировала. Поэтому мы с Геннадием Яковлевичем условились, что создадим премию, которая станет аналогом Нобелевской как для российских, так и для зарубежных ученых, прежде всего в сфере фундаментальных наук", — цитирует Слуцкого РИА Новости.
Ранее с подобным предложением уже выступал советник президента РФ Антон Кобяков.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
