25 ноября, как утверждают в российском Минобороны, уже восемь таких ракет атаковали аэродром в Курске, и семь из них якобы удалось сбить.

Ведомство пригрозило «ответными действиями».

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
