Благодарю Вячеслава Володина @vv_volodin за поддержку данной инициативы и Ирину Яровую за активную работу во главе думской комиссии по вопросам миграционной политики! Хорошо бы побыстрее вступил в силу этот законопроект, подписанный в том числе и мной.
Напомню и о проекте, внесённом депутатами фракции ЛДПР и предусматривающем обучение детей мигрантов в российских образовательных учреждениях исключительно по коммерческой линии, то есть не за счёт госбюджета.

In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
