Печь на Алчевском металлургическом комбинате (АМК) «ЮГМК» остановили в ноябре 2016 года в связи с введенной блокадой и активными боевыми действиями.
С ноября 2023 года ее включили в программу капремонта. Он проходил в сложных условиях ограничений и санкций.
По словам главы ЛНР Леонида Пасечника, запуск доменной печи №3 будет способствовать: 📌 повышению объемов и качества продукции АМК 📌 дальнейшему развитию предприятия 📌 наращиванию его экспортного потенциала 📌 укреплению позиций на рынке черной металлургии 📌 укреплению промышленного потенциала всей Луганщины
Также повысится надежность и производительность предприятия.
