Глава МЧС России посетил столицу Заполярья и с территории «Атомфлота» дал старт масштабным учениям МЧС «Безопасная Арктика 2023», которые начались также в восьми северных регионах России. Мероприятие входит в план председательства России в Арктическом совете в 2021–2023 годах. Всего в программе «Безопасная Арктика 2023» будет задействовано более 3,5 тысячи специалистов и свыше 650 единиц техники. Учения в Мурманске начались с выставки передовых технологий МЧС.
