۱. به نظر می‌رسد این عکس نه برای نشان دادن بی‌فایده بودن ماسک، که برای نشان دادن کم‌فایده بودن «ماسکی که کیپ نباشد» مناسب است. به اطراف بینی شخص نگاه کنید! همانجایی‌ست که معمولاً ماسک را درست تنظیم نمی‌کنند!
۲. ماسک اثر کامل ندارد اما اثر کاهندگی عبور ویروس برای آن ثابت شده است. همین شخص اگر ماسک نداشت همین میزان آلوده می‌شد؟
۳. تأثیر ماسک بیشتر بر کاهش انتشار آلودگی است اما تصویر بالا دربارۀ ورود آلودگی است.
۴. صحبت از ابعاد ویروس در این‌جا صحبت درستی نیست، ویروس عمدتاً درون قطرک‌ها منتشر می‌شود، باید از ابعاد قطرک‌ها صحبت کرد.
