تصویر بالا دربارۀ لزوم تهویۀ هوا در فضای بسته با سرعت مناسب است: ایده‌آل این است که ظرف یک ساعت، ۶ بار هوای اتاق یا سالن عوض شود! چهار-پنج بار هم خوب است. زیر سه بار قابل قبول نیست.
اما آیا مکان‌های بسته‌ای که شما در ادارات و فروشگاه‌ها می‌بینید در این حدود جریان هوا دارند؟! ما نمی‌توانیم تمام آن‌ها را اصلاح کنیم، شاید با اطلاع‌رسانی بتوان برخی را آگاه کرد... کاری که برای خودمان می‌توانیم بکنیم این است: ⚠️در حد امکان در فضای بستۀ عمومی حضور نداشته باشیم.
⚠️اگر مجبور به حضور هستیم، زمان حضور را هرچه ممکن است کوتاهتر کنیم.
⚠️پوشیدن ماسک (که از طرفین آن و اطراف بینی هوا عبور نکند) و حفظ فاصلۀ فیزیکی که نیاز به یادآوری ندارد.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
