Комитет Госдумы по финансовому рынку таки доработал ко второму чтению соответствующий законопроект.
Макропруденциальные лимиты — инструменты, установленные ЦБ. Они ограничивают долю рискованных займов в общем объеме выдач. Цель — снизить системный риск в финансовой системе, контролировать рост закредитованности граждан, дестимулируя кредитование заемщиков с высокой долговой нагрузкой.
