Среди множества вопросов и предложений, которые мы получили от участников нашей конференции «Энергия для потребителей: вызовы, ресурсы, стратегии» по окончании мероприятия, сразу от нескольких представителей электроэнергетической отрасли поступила просьба задать дополнительные вопросы докладчику третьей сессии, Павлу Илюшину, д.т.н., руководителю Центра интеллектуальных электроэнергетических систем и распределённой энергетики Института энергетических исследований Российской академии наук, который говорил об обеспечении энергетической безопасности в условиях современных угроз природного и техногенного характера.
Павел Владимирович предоставил нам расширенную версию своего доклада, опубликованную в журнале «Энергетик».
