Очень ругаю себя из-за этого. Кажется, что только я устаю от своего ребёнка и часто выбираю домашние дела вместо игры с дочерью. Читаю в телеграмм истории в духе "как я счастлива быть мамой и радуюсь этому 24/7", что ещё сильнее вгоняет в вину.
Я понимаю головой, что уставать в родительстве нормально, но не могу принять это эмоционально: я же мама, почему я не радуюсь каждой минуте со своим ребёнком, почему устаю?
