Эти машины были переданы киевскому режиму вместе с БМП и впервые засветились еще в июле 2023 года в районе Лимана. Общее число переданной техники составило 51 единицу. Часть CV9040 была сожжена в том же году ходе разгромленного (контр)наступления и продолжила нести потери в 2024 году, в том числе и приграничном районе Курской области. Несколько машин стали трофеями, в том числе в полностью исправном состоянии.
