В Северо-Курильске в 2023 году построят новый трёхзвёздочный отель. Тогда же на Курильских островах появится новый рыбоперерабатывающий завод и строительная база.
В правительстве напомнили, что резиденты территорий опережающего развития могут рассчитывать на льготы и преференции. В частности, для них доступна процедура свободной таможенной зоны.
