На этой же территории продолжается строительство еще трех многоэтажек. А на улице Артиллерийской идут работы по реконструкции ещё четырёх зданий.
Все это, конечно, здорово, но самое главное, чтобы все нуждающиеся в новых домах получили качественно сделанные квартиры. А не так, чтобы через год все проблемы и недоработки во время ремонта вылезли наружу.
