Более 200 водителей грузовиков требуют роста заработной платы и улучшения условий безопасности труда. Их предыдущий контракт с Marathon истек в январе, до сих пор новый вариант соглашения не согласован, из-за чего водители завода начали акцию.
В начале сентября НПЗ в Детройте вышел на плановый ремонт. Этот завод располагает мощностью переработки нефти 140 тыс. баррелей в день.
