Федеральный центр отклонил заявку Рязани на строительство школы в Мервино по концессии. Как сообщили в мэрии, продолжается «системная работа с аппаратом концессионера. Заявка на заключение соглашения будет подана в ходе очередного отбора проектов».
Конечно хотелось бы, чтобы продолжение системной работы привело к появлению физического воплощения. Обещаний мэрии много, результатов - мало.
