КСП не понравились расценки на отдельные виды работ, после чего в отношении нескольких дорожных объектов были внесены замечания и направлены обращения в прокуратуру и полицию.
Управление благоустройства города не стало соглашаться с такими упреками - были представлены возражения: мол, проект на ремонт, включая сметные расценки, разработан согласно нормативной процедуре аттестованным на эти виды работ проектным институтом.
А подрядные организации определялись в рамках торгов - якобы все законно и прозрачно, а бюджетные средства были расходованы с умом.
