В день 81-й годовщины полного снятия блокады Ленинграда мы выпускаем книгу о вкладе Горьковской области в спасение осажденного города. В основе - истории из экспозиции проекта «Я говорю с тобой из Ленинграда» и воспоминания 31 героя, пережившего тогда весь ужас блокады, эвакуацию. В том числе есть рассказы тех, кто ехал в эвакуацию в одном вагоне с Таней Савичевой.
Экземпляры этой книги направим во все центральные и модельные библиотеки региона, обязательно - в библиотеки и музеи населенных пунктов, где размещались тогда детские дома для эвакуированных. В электронном виде книга будет доступна на сайте областной Ленинской библиотеки.
История блокады Ленинграда - наша общая, и сохранение памяти об этом - святая обязанность каждого.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
