ФСБ вынесло предостережение начальнику отдела мобилизационной и секретной работы минтранса Свердловской области Олегу Цегельному, который, по информации госбезопасности, длительное время осуществлял хранение и обработку сведений, составляющих государственную тайну, в ненадлежащих условиях.
В частности, не исключено, что с ними могли быть ознакомлены какие-то третьи лица, которым ознакамливаться с ними категорически недопустимо.
Оперативники ФСБ напомнили Цегельному, что в случае разглашения гостайны ему может грозить наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком вплоть до четырёх лет.
