⚡️⚡️⚡️В Иглинском районе по факту избиения компании молодых людей возбуждено уголовное дело
Иглинским межрайонным следственным отделом СУ СК России по Республике Башкортостан возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
По версии следствия, вечером 20 апреля 2024 года в селе Иглино водитель автомашины марки «Toyota Land Cruiser», будучи недовольным поведением компании молодых людей, которые переходили дорогу, используя это как малозначительный повод, совместно с двумя сыновьями и впоследствии еще одним мужчиной, подвергли молодых людей избиению. В результате 17-летний подросток был госпитализирован с различными телесными повреждениями.
В настоящее время организован комплекс следственно-оперативных мероприятий с целью установления всех обстоятельств произошедшего, а также дачи правовой оценки действиям всех участников конфликта.
