Минфин предложил списать до двух третей задолженности 79 субъектам РФ при условии, что не менее 50% высвобожденных средств будет направлено на проекты в сфере ЖКХ. По словам главы ведомства Антона Силуанова, общий объем списания может превысить 1 трлн рублей.
Эта мера позволит регионам снизить долговую нагрузку и перераспределить средства на инфраструктурные проекты. Решение особенно актуально на фоне необходимости модернизации коммунального хозяйства, где накопились значительные проблемы.
