Мужчина сразу поехал в трампункт, но ему не смогли поставить прививку от бешенства из-за отсутствия вакцины и отправили в другую клинику. По словам Евгения, он обзвонил большинство частных клиник и аптек города, но нигде не смогли помочь.
Мужчина написал обращение в Министерство здравоохранения.
