При этом Центробанк продолжит проводить операции на внутреннем валютном рынке по продаже иностранной валюты, связанной с пополнением и использованием Фонда национального благосостояния, в том числе средств фонда в 2023 году, в объеме 8,40 млрд рублей в день, — говорится в сообщении ЦБ.
Решение о возобновлении операций в рамках бюджетного правила о покупке валюты за счет дополнительных нефтегазовых доходов будет приниматься “с учетом складывающейся ситуации” на рынках. Отложенные покупки осуществят в течение 2025 года.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
