Не смотря на то, что все они не нашли применения на своей родине и были отторгнуты оттуда, в Рязани они потеснили рязанских профессионалов, душой болеющих за родной город. За что бы не взялись калужане в Рязани, у них так ничего и не получается. Верим, что это не их злой умысел, а всего лишь дремучий непрофессионализм. Ситуацию наглядно иллюстрирует Роман Петряев, который стал заместителем председателя правительства области, не имея ни профильного образования, ни единого дня стажа работы по специальности. В свежем рейтинге он попал в категорию «середняки». Такой он и есть, не рыба, не мясо, не работник. Но вина за то, что он оказался не на своём месте, лежит на губернаторе.
