1. Чечевицу замочить в прохладной кипяченой воде на 2-3 часа, если оставить на ночь будет вообще шикарно. 2. Хорошо промыть, слить лишнюю воду и отправить в чашу блендера. 3. К чечевице добавить помидоры и пробить блендером до состояния пюре. 4. Добавить мелко нарезанную петрушку и специи, перемешать. 5. Жарить на масле ГХИ по 3-4 минуты с каждой стороны.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
