В основу конкретно этой книги легли наброски его нереализованного проекта 1960-х годов (всё как всегда) по созданию концепции теоретизирования идеологии. Фактически его целью было - создать научное знание об идеологии и реальности (теорию политической практики, как он это тогда называл). Поскольку на русском языке Альтюссер до сих пор отсутствует практически полностью, будем ждать английский перевод.
