Владельцы полностью сохранили исторические интерьеры и добавили к ним современные детали. Расположился ресторан в бывшем кабинете графа Шувалова, в котором сохранилась оригинальная отделка 1910г с лепниной и мраморными колоннами. Ради этого уже стоит заглянуть и оценить 😉 как истинным петербуржцам и новый облик исторического здания и кухню
Что по меню: - обещают классические пасты в своей интерпретации, большой выбор горячих блюд, закусок и стартеров - завтраки с открытия и до 16:00 - авторские коктейли
Я пойду заценить мой самый любимый коктейль, часто обделенный вниманием баров. В Академии заявляют твист на Cosmo с… икрой из клюквы. Меня это уже очень интригует. Ждём в ленте 🍸
