Срок устранения дефектов увеличен с 45 дней до 60 календарных дней. В случае, если застройщик не уложится в этот срок или откажется устранять проблемы, дольщик сможет потребовать компенсацию или скидку.
Также сокращен срок, по истечении которого застройщик может составить односторонний передаточный акт, — с двух месяцев до одного.
