Чиновник попал в аварию по дороге из села Баргузин. Все произошло 29 ноября около 20.20 на повороте на 308 км.
Он находился за рулем служебного автомобиля «Рено Дастер». Не справившись с управлением, Мишурин совершил наезд на бетонные блоки. После его госпитализировали с травмой в ЦРБ. Но, по всей видимости, требуется лечение в Улан-Удэ.
