В Улан-Удэ за январь аренда однокомнатных квартир подорожала на 0,1%, до 32 183 рублей в месяц, а двух- и трехкомнатных – подешевела на 0,8% до 36 755 и 42 000 рублей в месяц соответственно. Эти данные приводит федеральный портал «Мир квартир», аналитики которого подсчитали прирост за январь по 70 крупным городам России.
В Иркутске снизилась цена съемных квартир всех трех типов. Аренда однокомнатных квартир там подешевела на 1,6%, до 31 366 рублей в месяц, двухкомнатных - на 0,9%, до 38 061 рублей в месяц, а трехкомнатных на 2,9% до 45 377 рублей в месяц.
В Чите аренда однокомнатных квартир подорожала на 0,4%, до 36 307 рублей в месяц, двухкомнатных – подешевела на 3%, до 40 068 рублей в месяц, а трехкомнатных – снизилась в цене на 1,4%, до 51 692 рублей в месяц.
