Третьим фигурантом в деле Бронштейна стала гендиректор торгового дома «Просвещение-Регион» Ирина Савенкова.
Она заплатила чиновнику 25 млн, чтобы получить госконтракт на 742 млн на закупку для образовательных учреждений региона интерактивных панелей.
До сих пор не можем понять зачем Бронштейн решил влезть в это дело, ведь ТОПы областного правительства получают очень приятные суммы. Теперь вместо них чиновник может получить срок.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
