Отпуск можно заменить денежной компенсацией:
⏺если вы имеете право на дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск; ⏺если вы работаете во вредных и (или) опасных условиях труда; ⏺если вы увольняетесь, и у вас остались дни неиспользованного отпуска. Что нельзя заменить денежной компенсацией:
🟦28 дней основного оплачиваемого отпуска; 🟦 ежегодный дополнительный отпуск — беременным женщинам и несовершеннолетним; 🟦 ежегодный дополнительный отпуск — работникам на вредной и (или) опасной работе (минимум 7 дней).

"Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
