Более 338 млн рублей было перечислено из федерального бюджета в бюджет Санкт-Петербурга согласно механизму возмещения затрат на инфраструктуру Особых экономических зон.
Сумма налоговых отчислений, уплаченная нашими резидентами, двукратно превышает сумму средств, вложенных изначально в проект. Это новый этап развития, ведь город получает от ОЭЗ не только высокотехнологичную продукцию и новые рабочие места, но и финансовые средства, которые могут быть направлены на развитие необходимой инфраструктуры при запуске новых площадок. Ожидаем, что в 2024 году мы сможем вернуть еще порядка 2,1 млрд рублей.
В перспективе, мы планируем возместить средства, затраченные на развитие двух новых площадок - «Парнас» и «Шушары».

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
