Но логичнее было бы сделать перестановки все-таки до выдачи ценных указаний, а не после. И потом, есть ощущение, что лимит перетасовывания правительственной колоды уже исчерпан. Еще немного, и начнет закрадываться крамольная мысль о кадровой некомпетентности первого лица.
