Итак: Клубника (можно замороженную, я взяла свежую) Пюре манго (будет послаще) Агар-агар/желатин
Делаем пюре из ягод, если надо, то добавляем чуть жидкости, вливаем в сотейник, насыпаем агар-агар, помешивая доводим до кипения и разливаем по формочкам. Даём застыть и достаём.
Рецепт я увидела в канале Милены и стало уж очень интересно попробовать.
