Инспекторы по делам несовершеннолетних провели проверку по каждому заявлению и обнаружили признаки административного правонарушения, однако отказались возбуждать дело в связи с не достижением драчуном 16-летнего возраста.
С ребенком и его родителями провели беседу. Законным представителям вынесли предостережение. Собранные сотрудниками полиции материалы переданы в Комиссию по делам несовершеннолетних и защите их прав для принятия к школьнику мер профилактического и общественного воздействия.
