Жанчыну абвінавачваюць паводле ч. 1 і ч. 2 арт. 361-4 КК (садзейнічанне экстрэмісцкай дзейнасці), а таксама паводле ч. 3 арт. 361 КК (заклікі да мераў абмежавальнага характару (санкцый), іншых дзеянняў, накіраваных на прычыненне шкоды нацыянальнай бяспецы Рэспублікі Беларусь). Цяпер яе ўтрымліваюць у жодзінскай турме № 8.
Суд над жанчынай распачнецца 16 верасня ў Мінскім гарадскім судзе. Справу будзе весці суддзя Алена Шылько.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
