Суд Першамайскага раёна Мінска 25 верасня пачне разгляд справы палітзняволенага Змітра Дашкевіча. Справу будзе разглядаць суддзя Анастасія Кулік.
Змітру інкрымінаваны «народны» арт. 342 КК (актыўны удзел у групавых дзеяннях, якія груба парушаюць грамадскі парадак), а таксама ч. 1 арт. 411 КК (злоснае непадпарадкаванне патрабаванням адміністрацыі калоніі).
Нагадаем, актывіста разам з жонкай Настай абвінавацілі ва ўдзеле ў акцыі пратэсту 23 жніўня 2020 года. 14 ліпеня 2022 года Змітру прызначылі 1,5 года калоніі, а Насце — 3 гады «хатняй хіміі».
Актывіст мусіў выйсці на волю з папраўчай калоніі № 14 па заканчэнні тэрміну 11 ліпеня 2023 года. Але адразу па выхадзе яго затрымалі ў межах новай крымінальнай справы па арт. 411 КК. Суддзя Таццяна Дзеравянка прызначыла палітвязню яшчэ адзін год калоніі ва ўмовах строгага рэжыму. У гэтым траўні супраць яго распачалі новую крымінальную справу.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity.
