В «Садовых кварталах» открылся пруд, и этот ЖК стал местом притяжения для многих молодых людей, которые увлеченно снимают контент для соцсетей.

Но, увы, пруда уже нет 😀 по крайней мере, сейчас.

Сам ЖК очень красивый и стильный, чем-то напоминает определенные районы Нью-Йорка.

Если зимой здесь зальют каток, поставят елку, будет как в Central Park, не иначе. В проектах с таким подходом к благоустройству хочется жить свою лучшую жизнь.
