Сегодня в парламенте Абхазии обсуждался законопроект о запрете майнинга. В результате плодотворной дискуссии, Адгур Рафетович Харазия вступил в конфликт с Каном Валерьевичем Кварчия. Разнимать их бросился Вахтанги Владимирович Голандзия.

А потом Харазия достал ствол и открыл огонь. В результате Кварчия был ранен, а Голандзия получил пулю в голову и был убит.

Адгур Рафетович Харазия скрылся и объявлен в розыск.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
