Форум "Сияние" прошел при поддержке окружного "Фонда развития национальной культуры и традиционных отраслей хозяйствования" и "Сбера". Показ состоялся на импровизированном подиуме в окружном доме народного творчества. 20 студентов Чукотского многопрофильного колледжа представили 17 образов над которыми трудились всего несколько дней. Все работы начинающих модельеров вдохновлены культурой Чукотки и природой Севера. Кроме студентов, в дефиле поучаствовали и опытные дизайнеры: представили "Chernyshova Brand", "Chukotkabrand" и "Кулик".

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
