Государственный архив Иркутской области представил проект, приуроченный к 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне и Году Защитника Отечества. На созданном интернет-портале размещены материалы, посвященные героическим страницам истории региона.

Виртуальные выставки планируется обновлять ежемесячно. В настоящее время на портале доступна мультимедийная экспозиция «Дороги войны старшего сержанта О.В. Маркевича».
