Для чего все это? Таким образом расчетный центр МосОблЕИРЦ хочет простимулировать граждан на своевременную оплату ЖКХ-услуг, а также на использование современных платежных методов и в целом ускорить цифровизацию процесса гашения долгов за жилищно-коммунальное обслуживание.
