Часовая, 28 - наверное самый ожидаемый проект на рынке. Его ждут так с года 2018. И даже сам ПИК планировал начать стройку июле 2021 года. Но время идёт, а Часовой все нет. Но есть проект от KAMEN, который точно не реализует ПИК, даже без новых вводных по себестоимости строительства.
