Sminex получил заключение историко-культурной экспертизы на "Электрический, 1".

Ранее на архсовете по Пресненскому, 27 спалили, что в проекте будет 3 елдока + что-то малоэтажное, зная Sminex постараются навернуть урбан-вилл или аналогичную шляпу.

Карты из экспертизы помогут бренд-менеджеру проекта написать что-то более внятное, чем парки, пруды и тд.
