Из хороших новостей Эталон планирует ремонт фасада Электрозавода на проходных №1, №2. Учитывая скилы по ремонту и реставрации в городе, рекомендуем посетить это уникальное здание города. Электрозаводская 60 и деревянный Зорге 3 проектируются не спеша.

Эталон сливает проект на Электрозаводской, 60. Покупатель банальный - Патек. Он уже как-то купил у Эталона АТС на Ярославском шоссе.

Собственно для участка сделан проект от бюро WALL. Весь такой белоснежный, весь такой с интересным фасадом.

Какая стратегия у Эталона по продаже своих проектов - хер проссышь. Тут купили, там продали. Возможно, там есть какая-то логика, но со стороны она понятна слабо.

Ребята сосредоточатся на проекте по редевелопменту Электрозавода. Который находится в той же локации и скорее всего бы каннибализировал спрос.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
