Legenda ну очень хотела в Москву. Поэтому залетает в проект "Северный порт" к Капиталистам и Кортросу. Ну хоть кто-то там сможет сделать нормальный "продукт". Потому что Кортрос просто в продукт не умеет (тык или тык), а у Капиталистов он всегда на любителя…

Про эпичность застройки Северного порта, наверное, уже все что можно было - написали. Теперь постепенно появляются все новые визуализации проекта от маэстро Скуратова, намекая, что скоро старт продаж.

Говорят, что девелоперы проекта, коих три - Капиталисты, Кортрос, Легенда засомневались в том, что там все надо накатить "типа бизнес-классом", поэтому среднюю площадь квартир в проекте могут подрубить, а что-то вообще из "типа бизнес-класса" сделать "смарт-супер-кайф-комфорт-классом". Ну посмотрим.
