Оказывается, что ЗУ "Проспект мира, 186А" забрал MR и делает какой-то копипаст проекта "Кандинский" - Брусника в Екатеринбурге. Авторы такого копипаста - СПИЧи.

Обошлись без доминант. Максимальная высота всего 87 метров.

UPD: Говорят, что СПИЧ прорабатывал площадку, но массинг уже не их.
